Monnet exclusively uses Limousin oak casks to mature its cognacs so as to maximise the aromas.
The development of the eaux-de-vies during the ageing is closely followed by the Cellar Master who tastes each sample of eaux-de-vie during the annual inventory.
Monnet is regularly awarded for the quality of its cognacs in various national and international competitions in Paris, London or Moscow for instance.
